DRIVE YOURSELF HAPPY

Are you ready?

Signs of Happiness

Here are just a few signs of happiness to look for:

Adopt-A-Highway:

We often get tempted to get caught up in blaming others for our unhappiness, failing to get that we participate in creating our reality through our own perspective. We judge others rather than accepting responsibility and making adjustments to our own way of seeing things.

When we see the Adopt-A-Highway sign we have the opportunity to remember to choose a higher way of thinking. The quality of our thinking creates the quality of our reality. It is not our life that is "off", it"s the way we think about our life that"s "off." To drive yourself happy, adopt a high way of thinking. You need to focus your attention on all that is working in your life rather than on what isn't. Even in the worst of situations and circumstances, look for the gift or lesson to be learned. I promise you it"s there and worth the look.

We've created quite the juggling act. Unable to see the part we play in creating our frenzied world, we instead sleep less, complain more, blame others, worry excessively, kick the cat and react to small irritations as if they were life threatening. In doing so we have succeeded in making stress-related illnesses the leading cause of death!
